Manufacturing Process for Industrial Packaging Materials
From incoming roll materials to slitting, converting, inspection, packing and export dispatch.

Process and Control Points
Raw Material Intake
Base paper, BOPP film, PET film, adhesive materials, release liner and packaging auxiliaries are checked against order requirements before production scheduling.
Coating, Printing or Laminating
The production route is selected by material type: thermal coating for paper, corona treatment and lamination for films, or printing-compatible preparation for label and flexible packaging rolls.
Slitting and Rewinding
Width, core diameter, roll diameter and winding tension are controlled to match converting equipment and downstream packing lines.
Converting and Packing
Finished rolls, labels or film materials are packed with protective wrapping, carton or pallet options according to shipment method.
Final Inspection
QC checks compare the batch against approved sample, specification sheet, order quantity, roll condition and packing list.
Shipment Release
Export documents, labels, loading photos and container records are prepared for buyer traceability.
