These terms apply to visitors and B2B buyers using the XIYONG PACK website to review packaging materials, request samples or submit RFQ information.

Website Information

Product descriptions, specifications, images and technical information are provided for procurement reference. Final specifications, price, MOQ, lead time and compliance documents must be confirmed in written quotation or order communication.

RFQ and Sample Requests

Submitting an RFQ does not create a purchase contract. XIYONG PACK reviews each request based on product type, material, size, quantity, printing requirement, destination country and document needs.

Intellectual Property

Website text, page structure, images and brand assets belong to XIYONG PACK or their respective owners and may not be copied for misleading commercial use.

Uploaded Files

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload artwork, drawings or product files. Submitted files are used only for quotation, sampling and order review.

Limitation

The website may contain technical summaries. Buyers should confirm suitability through samples, datasheets and written specification approval before bulk production.
