Request datasheets, specification sheets, compliance documents and sample references for rollstock films, thermal paper jumbo rolls and packaging paper materials.
Verification boundary: documents must match the selected material grade, structure, destination market and order requirement. Do not assume one certificate applies to every material or application.

Film Materials
Micron thickness, roll width, treatment, barrier direction, seal layer and printing method.
Thermal Paper
GSM, width, core size, image stability target, coating type and converting requirement.
Packaging Paper
GSM, coating, grease resistance, lamination requirement and food-contact review.
Roll Packing
Roll diameter, joint control, carton or pallet packing, shipping marks and container plan.
Supplier Audit Checklist
- Ask for factory process evidence and QC checkpoints before bulk order.
- Confirm the exact document scope for the selected material and destination market.
- Test samples on real converting, printing, labeling or filling equipment.
- Compare cost by total yield, roll stability, defect rate and logistics packing, not unit price alone.
- Keep approved sample, TDS and order specification aligned.
