BOPP film grades for flexible packaging and label applications, including matte, transparent, heat-sealable, pearlized, and white film options.

Before requesting price, prepare film grade, micron thickness, width, roll diameter, treatment side, haze value, gloss target, heat-seal requirement, lamination structure, printing method, packing line speed, and annual quantity. BOPP film buyers should also share whether the film is used as a print layer, seal layer, label material, or flexible packaging laminate.

For food packaging and label converters, BOPP selection usually starts with the packaging machine, sealing method, and required visual finish. Matte BOPP is often specified for premium printed packs, transparent BOPP for product visibility, pearlized BOPP for opaque snack and confectionery structures, white BOPP for labels, and heat-sealable BOPP when the film must form a direct seal. Buyers should confirm corona treatment level, coefficient of friction, roll winding direction, and whether the film will run on flexo, gravure, digital, or lamination equipment.

A complete RFQ should include target micron thickness, width tolerance, roll length, core diameter, outer diameter, packing method, container loading preference, and required documents such as ISO 9001, food-contact test reports, REACH, RoHS, or SGS reports. If the film is part of a multi-layer laminate, share the full structure and barrier target so the quotation can match oxygen transmission rate, moisture vapor transmission rate, haze value, gloss level, and heat seal temperature instead of only matching price per kilogram.
